1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website careerlogist.com ("the Website") operated by Azhar Ahmad Academy (SSM Registration No. NS0275529-T), trading as Doktor Az ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Website, creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website.

2. Membership

2.1 Eligibility

By registering for a membership, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. If you are under 18 years of age, your use of this Website is with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account.

2.3 Membership Plans

Membership plans and pricing are displayed on the Website at the time of registration. We reserve the right to modify membership pricing with reasonable notice. Any price changes will not affect your current active billing period.

3. Payment & Billing

3.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a membership plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your selected plan) until you cancel your subscription.

3.2 Currency

All prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account profile. Upon cancellation, your access to member features will continue until the end of your current paid billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.

3.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at azhar@doktoraz.my within 14 days of the charge. We reserve the right to approve or decline refund requests at our discretion.

4. Credits & Referral Programme

Credits earned through events, referrals, or purchases are for use on the Website only and have no cash value. Credits cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify the credits programme, including earning rates and redemption values, at any time with reasonable notice.

Abuse of the referral programme, including the creation of fake accounts or self-referrals, may result in forfeiture of credits and termination of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Website and its features, you agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account
• Redistribute, copy, or share member-only content (resources, videos, documents) outside the platform
• Post offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content in any community features
• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its systems

6. Intellectual Property

7. Events & Shop

Event registrations and shop purchases are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events with reasonable notice. In the event of a cancellation by us, registered attendees will receive a full refund or credit.

Shop products are subject to availability and delivery terms as stated at the time of purchase. Physical products are non-refundable unless received damaged or defective.

8. Limitation of Liability

The content provided on this Website is for general career guidance and professional development purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Azhar Ahmad Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website, its content, or any decisions made based on information provided through the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. In the event of termination for breach of Terms, no refund will be provided for any remaining subscription period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
